NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL; NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF REVIEW AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Assessor of the Village of Bellport has completed the tentative assessment of the Village of Bellport for the 2012-2013 tax year and that a copy thereof has been left with Scott B. Augustine, Village Clerk of the Village of Bellport, at 29 Bellport Lane, Bellport, NY 11713, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until February 21, 2012.

On February 21, 2012, the Village of Bellport Board of Assessment Review will meet at the Bellport Village Hall, 29 Bellport Lane, Bellport, NY between the hours of 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. to hear complaints in relation to assessments. All changes in the tentative assessment roll made as a result of said Board of Assessment Review hearing of such complaints will be entered on such roll on or before the date when the final assessment roll is to be completed.
